Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of ghostownrecords.com (the “Site”), operated by Ghostown Records, a music label and recording studio based in Haifa, Israel (“Ghostown Records”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the Site or placing an order through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.
Intellectual property. All content on the Site — including music, sound recordings, artwork, photographs, videos, text, logos and design elements — is the property of Ghostown Records, its artists or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and stream content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, distribution, public performance or other use of Site content requires our prior written permission.
Shop & orders. Prices in our shop are stated in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices and product availability at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is accepted when we send an order confirmation. Payment is processed by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment-card details.
Shipping, pre-orders & pick-up items. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. Pre-order items are dispatched on or around the stated release date. Items sold as pick-up only must be collected at the event or location stated on the product page; they are not shipped.
Returns & refunds. All sales of records and merchandise are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at info@ghostownrecords.com within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it. Nothing in these Terms derogates from any non-waivable rights you may have under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
Liability. The Site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghostown Records shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Haifa. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. This Site uses cookies and similar technologies as described below.
Essential cookies. These are required for the Site to function — for example, cookies that keep items in your shopping cart, maintain your checkout session, and remember that you have already seen the welcome screen. The Site cannot operate properly without them.
Analytics cookies. We use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are visited and for how long. This information is aggregated and used only to improve the Site.

Privacy Policy
Ghostown Records respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. For any privacy matter, contact us at info@ghostownrecords.com.
What we collect. When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, shipping address, e-mail address and phone number. When you contact us we keep the correspondence. We also collect technical and usage data (such as browser type and pages visited) through cookies and analytics, as described in the Cookie Policy above. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it. We use personal information to process and deliver orders, respond to inquiries, improve the Site, and comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting requirements. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing. We share personal information only with service providers who need it to perform services for us — shipping carriers, payment processors, and website/analytics providers — and only to the extent necessary. Embedded services such as Spotify and YouTube process data under their own privacy policies.
Retention & your rights. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 — and, where applicable, other data-protection laws such as the GDPR — you may request to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by writing to info@ghostownrecords.com.
Accessibility Statement
Ghostown Records is committed to making the Site usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, in keeping with the accessibility regulations under the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998.
What we do. We work to keep the Site navigable by keyboard, to provide text alternatives for images, to maintain sufficient color contrast, and to use clear, readable typography. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review the Site as content and features are added.
Known limitations. Some content on the Site is provided through third-party players (such as Spotify and YouTube embeds), whose accessibility we do not control. Where possible, the same music and video content is also available directly on those platforms with their own accessibility tools.
